1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sahastrastore mobile application and services. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. About Sahastrastore Sahastrastore is an aggregator platform connecting customers with independent local stores. We do not directly manufacture or own products listed by partner stores.
3. User Account Users must provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
4. Orders & Payments Orders are confirmed after successful payment (unless COD available). Prices are determined by partner stores.
5. Delivery Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
6. Cancellation & Refund Orders may be cancelled before store processing. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days. Perishable goods may not be eligible for return.
7. Store Responsibility Product quality and expiry are the responsibility of partner stores. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Prohibited Activities Users must not provide false information, attempt fraud, misuse promo codes, or disrupt operations.
9. Limitation of Liability Sahastrastore acts only as a technology platform and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property All brand assets and content belong to Sahastrastore Technologies.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Solapur, Maharashtra.
